Design 2: Music CD Cover

My second design of a CD cover is of a painting of a girl and her name, Amber Jones, on the cover. The cover is fairly simple, with the focal point being the image of the girl looking into the eyes of the prospective buyer. The artist's name, Amber Jones, is displayed in all lowercase, with a simple line beneath it. The line serves both as a design element and as a seperator between the artist's name and the album title which, for the purposes of this project, is "Homework"--also displayed in lowercase.

The back of the album is a seperate image of a girl taking a front cover, for the type of music Amber Jones makes. The album title and artist name on the back cover are organized in the same way as they are on the front cover, but in white text and at the top of the album. The fictional track listing is italicized in white text, both easily and artistically displayed to encourage the shopper to consider Amber's album for purchase.
